The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and we had no communication issues as they all spoke English. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities of a big city hotel.- The breakfast buffet had a great selection of both Western and Chinese dishes.

The pool facilities were not up to par, with the outdoor pool being unpleasantly located next to a busy street and the indoor pool being small and cold. There wasn't much within walking distance of the hotel, so we had to rely on a driver to explore the city and find meals.
